Chase has always had a high interest and strong passion for health and fitness. He has the knowledge and experience of the training and nutrition required to get you the body you’ve always wanted. His exposure to the industry through athletic contacts and experience as a personal trainer for Les Mills International, based in New Zealand, has allowed him to gain extensive knowledge on correct training techniques as well as nutritional structure that has seen his clients over the years achieving the best possible results.

His motivating and enthusiastic character encourages clients to stay focused on their goals. He takes pride in creating what some people view as a daunting task into a challenging but extremely enjoyable experience. With a thorough approach to training, Chase will ensure that you transform your body while using correct technique for maximum results.

He is excited to work together with his clients to achieve and exceed personal transformation goals, whether these are major or minor, and to improve wellbeing, increase energy and boost confidence.

Max Selby

Max’s lifestyle reflects his passion for health and fitness. Competing in the NZIFBB Men’s physique competitions in New Zealand turned his passion into a dream and has seen him set new goals for himself from a competitive standpoint. Whatever YOUR transformation goals may be, he personally understands the desire and commitment it takes being an athlete him self, and can help you achieve them!

His experience and background as a Les Mills International personal trainer, based in New Zealand, as well as immersing himself in the transformations of his clients over the years has provided him with extensive knowledge of the industry and skills in training. His positive and encouraging attitude keeps his clients on track to achieving their personal goals and his fun approach to training ensures his clients enjoy turning up for their sessions, he provides training that becomes a part of the week to look forward to.

He enjoys seeing his clients reach their desired results and finds it extremely rewarding witnessing how the program can enhance an individuals wellbeing and positively impact their every day life.
