I’ve always been really athletic however my training was mainly focused around keeping fit through cardio. I had limited knowledge on weights training and correct nutrition. I was amazed at my results, especially when I take a look at my initial photo at the start of the program in comparison to my 10-week photo – I’m like.. WOW! It’s insane, and I can say that I DID IT (with the help of my awesome PT during the program) ☺
If you follow this program, listen to your trainers advice and eat correctly which is easy to do.. You won’t lose! Everyone that took part in the 10-week intake I was a part of was blown away by their own personal results at the end.. We’d earned our closing celebration with the crew that’s for sure. It was fun and rewarding enough seeing the change in myself I’m for sure going to take part again.
